Product Advantages

1. The main characteristic of polyester cotton blended yarn is its high breaking strength, which is generally more than 40% higher than that of cotton yarn of the same specification.

2. Small shrinkage, only about 0.5%, suitable for sewing chemical fiber fabrics and wrinkle resistant high-grade cotton fabrics, with flat and stiff stitches.

3. Good heat resistance, suitable for 3000-4000r / min high speed sewing machine, ironing temperature is about 160 ℃.

4. Good softness and elasticity, suitable for sewing high-grade chemical fiber fabrics.

5. Good wear resistance, generally 1 times higher than the same specification of cotton thread.

Visually, the color of polyester cotton is more bright than that of pure cotton; if it is printed cloth, the contrast between the positive and negative color concentration of pure cotton will be greater, while the positive and negative color of polyester cotton is closer. On the handle, the pure cotton cloth is soft but not smooth, and the polyester cotton cloth feels a little slippery.
